In this work, karma means the repeating action-and-reaction patterns that keep producing friction in your life. The same principles can be explored in a habit, a family dynamic, work, or your relationship with yourself.
It may look like reaching for a cigarette on autopilot, reaching for food in response to a familiar feeling, replaying a family argument, procrastinating, or avoiding a difficult conversation. We explore the trigger, thought, feeling, belief, and action underneath the loop.
The aim is not to become a person who never gets triggered. It is to become a person who can recognise the pattern and choose what happens next.
Clearing does not mean deleting your history or guaranteeing that an old feeling never appears again. It means the pattern has less authority over you: you recognise it earlier, relate to it differently, and make choices that are less automatically organised around the old attachment or aversion.
Choose your focus, define your moonshot, minimum and realistic outcomes, and agree three measurable signs of change.
Explore how your view shapes your practice. Begin from wholeness and develop a meditation routine you can sustain.
Recognise the feelings of being incomplete, separate or driven by past actions, and notice how they shape your chosen pattern.
Apply the clearing protocol to a real trigger. Practise a different response, review your evidence, and choose how to carry the work forward.
The work happens in the calls, but the clearing happens in life. Your daily Alignment Practice begins at 10 minutes; deeper options can extend up to 60 minutes. The minimum standard is consistency, not intensity.
Map the pattern. Clarify what is happening, what you want instead, what triggers the loop, and what may be driving it. Learn the core model and begin an Alignment Practice.
Review what happened in real life. Recognise the bodily, emotional, mental, and behavioural signs early enough for choice to become possible.
Move from awareness into action. Practice responses less organised around attachment, aversion, proving, protecting, or controlling.
Review the evidence, work with what remains, refine your personal protocol, and plan your ongoing practice.

Discover what is comingBring a pattern in your habits, family, friendships, work, or relationship with yourself. Choose one specific loop you want to experience differently; we use daily reflection and practice to explore your response.
No. You can treat karma as a practical framework for understanding how repeated actions and reactions create repeated consequences. The language is inspired by my Tantric studies; the practical question is whether you can see the pattern clearly enough to choose differently.
We look for concrete evidence: less automatic charge, earlier recognition, more choice, different behaviour, and different consequences in daily life. The goal is greater freedom in how you respond.
We work with what you can influence: your perception, actions, boundaries, and participation in the pattern. Sometimes relationships change when your participation changes; sometimes you see more clearly what you want to do next.
We do not force reality to fit the first diagnosis. If the original pattern is downstream of something more fundamental, we work with what appears to be creating the friction.
We review the change and what still needs attention. If further support would be useful, we decide together what makes sense. You leave with a repeatable protocol and can continue independently. You are never required to continue paid support.
This is an educational and coaching container, not psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support. You do not need to know exactly why the pattern exists. Bring something you sincerely want to experience differently, and a willingness to participate in the process.

My work brings inquiry and embodied practice together: understand the pattern, then practice a different way of meeting it.
Send me “KARMA CLEARING” and tell me, in one or two sentences, the pattern you would most like to change.
If you have questions, we can have a short conversation first.
